We weren't as pissed as we are now at the beginning. You never offered, you never tried to make right, so don't claim that you would have given a refund had we not gotten angry. You had your chance before we got angry, and you didn't offer.

Besides, a refund should be offered not based on how angry I am or not, but rather on you doing the right thing - if you fuck up, you should give a refund. It's not about who I am, it's about who you are.

Now, would you please at least respond to my question. If you don't pierce through frenulums, because that's not the right placement, then why do I have a hole deep through my frenulum? See attached picture from today - starting to close up, but still visible.
